E-Booking through the site "e-Booking.US" makes available for your use on this Web site (the "Site") information and travel products (collectively, the "services") operated by e-Booking.US collaborators, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the "Terms of Use").
By accessing or using this Site, which includes your access to - or use of - any of the Services, you agree to the Terms of Use. Booking Terms and Conditions regarding Accommodation reservations
Booking Conditions - Terms – Agreement
Our e-booking.us website acts as a booking agents on behalf of all the hotels, apartments and villas featured on this website and your contract will be made with these accommodation providers. Please read also their booking terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all bookings made with these providers and to all members of your party. When you book your hotel accommodation, these accommodation providers’ terms will specify the terms of payment, when you book your accommodation contract through this website.
When you book your accommodation, we send you a confirmation e-mail of your booking and it is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the confirmation. The contract is subject to these booking conditions. All booking conditions will apply including cancellation charges if any. Once the contract is made, the accommodation provider is responsible to provide you with what you have booked and you are responsible to pay for it, in each case subject to these booking conditions and to any other terms and conditions specific to the relevant accommodation. Please note: It is important to check carefully the details of your booking, when you receive it. If you want to cancel or change your booking later, you may have to pay amendment or cancellation costs (described below). In parties of two or more people, the person who makes the booking accepts responsibility for making all payments for all members of the party. We will send all vouchers and other information to that person who will in turn be responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed. Should you wish to make an amendment or cancel your booking, we must receive confirmation by e-mail. We will only accept confirmation from the person that makes the original booking. If you are aged under 18 (on date of departure) and your parents or guardians are not travelling with you, they must write to us with their written consent.

Your Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check that you have adequate insurance cover: The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to your country of residence, in the event of an accident or illness.

Payments and cancellations
Payments of accommodation costs, as well as cancellation charges, are done according to the accommodation providers’ terms and conditions, as described in each separate provider’s relevant section in our site.
Payment for incidental extras (e.g. mini bars, telephone charges, etc.) has to be made directly to the accommodation provider, when you check out.

Special Requests
If you have any special requests that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website, (for example dietary requirements, cots or room location), please let us know in writing at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the relevant accommodation provider, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that they will be met. Further, if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability towards you in this respect.

If you want to change any details of your booking, after we have sent your confirmation, we will do our best to help. If you change the number of people booked, the accommodation price will be re-calculated for the new party size. If you wish to make any change to your booking while on holiday (e.g. upgrading accommodation or extending your stay), all requests are subject to availability.

Our responsibility to you for your Booking
Because we are acting only as a booking agent, we have no liability for any of the accommodation arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation in question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. You may lose any right to compensation, if you fail to do so.

Indemnity
When you book accommodation through our site, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your holiday or that of any member of your party due to misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation in which you are staying, you agree to fully indemnify the site against any claim (including legal costs). Finally, you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the accommodation provider for any damage caused, before your end of stay.

This Agreement
This agreement governs your use of this Website ("the Site"), so please read it carefully. By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below. Generally, by making a reservation on this site you enter into a contract with the accommodation proprietor itself. Please note that we act as an agent for each of the participating hotels, only to provide you with information on the hotels and an on-line reservation service. We shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel, or the accommodation service provided to you by the hotel. These Terms were last updated on the 22nd of February 2011. We solely aim at providing you with an online booking and reservation service website for hotel accommodation.

Responsibility and Age
You verify and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
You agree:
•    to be financially responsible for all use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you);
•    not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights pursuant to this Agreement;
•    to supervise all usage by minors of this Web site under your name or account and that you shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.

Contract to purchase hotel services
Any reservations you make on this site will be directly with the company whose hotel services you are booking. At the time of making any such reservation you are entering into a contract with that company and not with us and our agents, the online booking facility on the Site particular terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation may apply to each rate quoted and you should read carefully the rate details that are provided before proceeding to the ["confirm" section]. Each hotel has certain rules relating to the occupancy of its rooms. Any special needs must be notified to the hotel in advance. Some hotels may have additional terms and conditions. Please note that we act as an agent only for each of the participating hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and an on-line reservation service. Our sole responsibility to you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered on the Site to the hotel. We shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel, or the accommodation service provided to you by the hotel.

User Conduct

All details are subject to change by the Tour Operators and others collaborators. The full and final details of your holiday or travel will be confirmed and agreed between the party requesting and the actual selling party prior to the booking and any payment. It is stated clear that e-Booking.US acts only as a travel products / services promoter therefore cannot in anyway guarantee or be held even partially responsible for any inaccurate, misleading information resulting in loss of any kind.
3.    Any ticket purchase, or other purchase you make, will be directly with the supplier and will be governed by their standard terms and conditions. Thus we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of your purchasing any items featured on this Web site.
Holidays and Travel booked through e-Booking.US web site are governed by e-Booking.US Terms and Conditions but also by the seller's terms and conditions, who is the actual responsible and selling party. These are as explained below.

Termination of Access
You agree that we may terminate or suspend your access to the Site for any reason. Neither we nor any of our employees shall be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your membership or any claims related to the termination of your membership.
